Description

This is an 18th-century building on Church Street. It is stuccoed, with a cornice along the eaves and a tiled roof. The building is three storeys high, with four windows, originally without glazing bars. A carriageway arch is centrally located. A shop front dating to the early 19th century is on the east side, forming an angular bay with a recessed door. The shop front has an enriched frieze and side pilasters, although only vertical glazing bars remain in the windows. Number 14 has a smaller, later shop front. Numbers 12 to 28 (even numbers) form a group.
