Description
Elmtree Farmhouse is an early 19th-century house constructed from coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings. It features a Welsh slate roof with ridge and gable stacks and stands two storeys tall. The main range includes a cross wing, with the west elevation displaying three bays on one side and one bay on the other. The symmetrical three-bay section has a central doorway beneath a plain lintel, featuring a 20th-century half-glazed door with a shallow overlight. This doorway is flanked by glazing bar sash windows. Above, there are two similar windows on either side of a narrower window. The projecting gabled wing to the right has a 20th-century casement window on each floor.
