Description

The gatepiers at the entrance to Glapwell Hall date from the early 18th century and are constructed from sandstone ashlar. They are square in plan and feature channelled rustication. The design includes a plain unmoulded base, a fluted frieze, and moulded caps. These gatepiers mark the entrance to Glapwell Hall, which was demolished in the 1950s.
