Description

47 Sunny Hill is a late 18th century to early 19th century double pile stone house, positioned with its gable ends facing the street. The house features tiled roofing and brick chimneys at both ends. It is two storeys high with a symmetrical eastern facade that includes two iron-framed casement windows, each with central opening lights, and a central entrance. The doors and windows are topped with stone lintels. Additionally, there is a high coped stone garden wall surrounding the enclosed plot, which is indicated on an estate plan from 1792.
