This is a small cottage, likely dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has a stone-tiled roof. The cottage follows a two-unit plan, with a doorway positioned off-centre and boarded-up windows on either side. Two gabled dormers are situated above, and a chimney stack is located in the left-hand gable. There is a small outshut projecting from the left side.
