Description

The gazebo, gate piers, and wall at Luffenham Hall date from the 18th century. They are constructed from coursed rubble stone with quoins and stone dressings, topped with a hipped roof made of Collyweston slate. The gazebo is two storeys high and has an octagonal plan, with a roof that tapers to a point. There is a single stone-framed window facing the drive. A pair of ashlar gate piers, one of which has been rebuilt and both topped with balls, stand beside the gazebo and lead to the drive. A stone wall, coped with pantiles and approximately 3 meters high, extends along Church Street and down the drive to the Hall.
