Description

No. 9 Church Road is a cottage, likely built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from ironstone rubble with angle quoins and features a stone tiled roof. The cottage has two storeys and three bays, with a central doorway and two and three-light horizontal sliding sash windows that have flat lintels. The upper central window is blocked. The gables and stacks are made of blue and red brick. To the right, there is a single-storey thatched rubble building that has a single casement window at the front, along with a door and two windows at the rear.
