Description

No. 3 Pingle Lane is a cottage, likely built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a stone tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a two-unit plan. To the left of the door, there is a three-light casement window, with two additional windows to the right. Above, there are three two-light casements. All window and door openings have chamfered timber lintels, although the lower windows have been replaced in a style that resembles the original ones. There is a brick stack at the gable end.
