Description
Baxters is a house that includes a shop, dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is built of squared stone and features a plain tile roof with a brick stack at the west end resting on a stone base. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. On the ground floor, there is a panelled door to the left with a rectangular overlight and a 20th-century shop to the right. The first floor has 6/6 sash windows with chamfered heads. There are two hipped 2-light casement dormers, one of which has leaded panes. At the rear, there is a wing with a coped gable.
