Description
This is a detached residential block located 10 meters southeast of Cripps Hall of Residence, built between 1957 and 1959 by the architectural firm Farquharson, McMorran & Whitby, and endowed by Cyril Thomas Cripps. The building is constructed of buff brick with ashlar dressings and features hipped green slate roofs with parapets. It is designed in the Renaissance Revival style. The block is a single rectangular structure with three storeys and ten windows, showcasing regular fenestration on each floor. The windows are primarily glazing bar sashes with brick flat arches.
