Description
Lodge Number 2 to Wollaton Park is an early 19th-century building with a late 19th-century addition. It is constructed of red brick with brick dressings and features a hipped slate roof. The building has coped and panelled ridge and side wall stacks. The windows are casements, with leaded glazing on the ground floor, primarily consisting of two lights. The lodge is single storey, while the addition is two storeys plus attics, forming an L-plan. The original section has a single window on the southeast side and a similar window facing the road and rear. The addition includes a window on the road side and, above it, a hipped through-eaves dormer with a reglazed window. The right return has two single light windows. All ground floor windows feature brick flat arches and a linked label mould.
