Description
No. 13 Low Pavement is a mid-19th century warehouse that has been converted into a bank, with alterations made in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with a stucco front and features a slate roof. It has a panelled plinth and stands three storeys tall. The façade includes a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows, with three renewed casements above. The ground floor has three segment-arched windows set in segment-arched recesses, with a 12-pane sash window to the left and two windows on the right that have been altered to accommodate cash dispensers.
