Description

The Statue of the Duke of Rutland, located in the Market Place, was created in 1851 by sculptor Edward Davis. This statue features a cloaked figure made of bronze, standing on a square stone pedestal that has panelled sides and includes an inscription. The statue was formerly situated in Castle Street.
