Description
102 and 104 Welford Road are late 18th century red brick houses that stand three storeys tall with a basement. Each house features three windows with flat rubbed brick arches and sash windows that include glazing bars. The second storey is adorned with pilasters and shallow arcades above the windows on the first and second storeys. A stucco cornice and parapet with panels of balusters are located above each window. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The central entrance has an ornamentally panelled door topped by a traceried rectangular fanlight.
