Description

This is a late 19th-century brick building with stone dressings, located on Green Lane, and comprising numbers 110 and 112. The building is two storeys high with attics in the gables, and it features a total of 3 plus 2 plus 3 plus 2 plus 3 stone mullioned windows. It has three projecting bays arranged in tiers over two storeys. The windows are set within keyed stone surrounds with semi-circular heads, and a continuous sill band runs along the facade. Five stone-coped gables are present; three are plain, while the other two are shaped, all topped with stone obelisk finials. The recessed doorways have semi-circular heads, plain fanlights, and four-panelled doors, set back behind stone archways incorporating pilasters and Ionic columns, with steps leading up to them. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with slate. Numbers 110 to 122 (even) form a group with number 73 Wilson Street.
