Description

The Ministers House, attached to Wesley Chapel, was built around 1830 and is constructed of coursed freestone. The front features a central gable that rises above a coped parapet, with three rush windows that have altered glazing bars and lintels with shaped soffits. There is a semi-circular headed doorway with a radial fanlight and a six-flush panelled divided door. An incised tablet on the first storey reads "Wesley Chapel." The Minister's house, located at the rear on Lodge Lane, is of similar age and built from red brick. It has two storeys, two sash windows with plain lintels, a wood pilaster doorcase with a rectangular fanlight, and a hipped slate roof.
