Description

10 Iron Gate is a late 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys high and features four tall sash windows without glazing bars, set beneath flat brick arches. The building has a prominent stone bracketed eaves cornice and a restored brick parapet. A modern shop front has been added. This property is included for its group value with Nos 9 to 11, Nos 15 to 17, and the Cathedral Church of All Saints, as well as No 2 Amen Alley, No 1 Queen Street, and Nos 1 and 3 College Place, along with two posts at the west end of College Place.
