PONTEFRACT BEAST FAIR SE 4521 NW, SE 4521 NE (south-west side) 7/7, 8/7 No 15 3.3.75 (formerly listed as No 11) GV II

House, now empty shop on ground floor. Early-mid C19, altered C20. Rendered, Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor: to left, passageway through to Wordsworth's Yard; C20 shop front not of special interest. First and second floors: sash windows with glazing bars in architraves and scrolled bases, tripartite keystones to segmental-arched heads and projecting stone sills; central bay blind on second floor. Cornice. Square lead rainwater head and pipe between first and second bays. End stack to right.
