Description
11 and 13 Monk Bridge Road are a pair of houses built around 1860. They are constructed from coursed squared gritstone and feature a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have four first-floor windows. Each house has an entrance on the right side, with a four-panel door that includes original glazing bars in the overlight and a plain lintel above. The ground floor has renewed 20-pane sash windows with plain sills and lintels, while the first floor features sash windows with glazing bars, which are narrower above the entrances. Additional architectural details include gutter brackets, gable copings, and banded stacks on the left side. The interior has not been inspected.
