This is a late 18th-century house located in Calverley, Pudsey. The house is built of hammer-dressed stone with a mid-20th century concrete-tile roof. It has two storeys and a central-entry plan, originally comprising two main rooms. The front elevation features a doorway with monolithic jambs, flanked by two three-light, flat-faced mullioned windows on each floor. Gable ridge stacks are present; one is built of brick and the other of ashlar. The rear of the property has two three-light windows on the first floor, and the ground floor windows have been altered.
