Description

This is a mid-19th century terrace of three houses located on Grosvenor Mount in Headingley, Leeds. The houses are built of ashlar stone with a slate roof. Each house is two storeys high and two bays wide, with a total of six windows. Each property has a doorway framed by stone pilasters and topped with an entablature, cornice, and blocking piece; the windows have rusticated voussoirs. The original windows were 8-pane sashes, although some have been replaced. Canted bay windows have been added to numbers 3 and 5. A continuous moulded sill course runs along the first floor, and the roof features gable copings and corniced stacks at the front and rear of the ridge. The interior has not been inspected. The row does not appear on the 1850 Ordnance Survey map.
