Description

A pair of houses, built around 1840. They are constructed of coursed squared stone with a slate hipped roof. The houses are semi-detached, each with two storeys and three bays. Each house has a central three-panelled door with an overlight, set within a plain stone surround featuring pilasters and a cornice. Flanking the door are sash windows, and there are sash windows to the first floor. A continuous sill band runs along the first floor. Chimneys are located at the ends of the building. The interior has not been inspected. This group value reflects their contribution to the streetscape.
