Description
This is a house located at 32 Headingley Lane, built around 1840 and altered in the late 19th century. It is constructed of coursed stone with a slate roof and has two storeys and three bays. The house is semi-detached, sharing a wall with number 34 to the left. The central door features an overlight and is framed by an ashlar surround with pilasters, an entablature, and a cornice topped with a blocking piece. The ground floor has plate-glass sash windows set in painted stone surrounds, while the first floor has renewed frames with stone surrounds and a continuous sill band. The gable has coping, and there are stacks at the ends. The interior has not been inspected.
