Description
This is a house located at 34 Headingley Lane, built around 1840 and altered in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed stone and has a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, forming a semi-detached plan with the adjacent property at No. 32. The central entrance features a door with an overlight, set within an ashlar surround that includes pilasters, an entablature, and a cornice with a blocking piece. The windows are plate-glass sashes framed by plain stone surrounds, and there is a sill band on the first floor. The gable has coping, and there are stacks at the ends of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
