Description
This is a mill building located approximately 30 meters north-east of the entrance to Carr Mills in Leeds. It was built in the early 19th century and altered in the 20th century for Abraham Rhodes. The structure is made of coursed squared gritstone and has a slate roof. It is positioned at right angles to the road, facing the yard inside the mill entrance. The building has two storeys and two bays. There is an arched entrance on the ground floor that has been converted into a window, and there is a blocked loading door on the first floor to the left. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
