Description

This is an early to mid-18th century farmhouse, now a house, located off Warm Lane in Nether Yeadon, Aireborough. The building is constructed from coursed squared sandstone with quoins, and has a stone slate roof. It follows a rectangular, double-depth plan. The two-storey, two-bay facade is nearly symmetrical, with a doorway offset slightly to the right of centre, featuring a plain surround. There are two windows on each floor, each with a plain surround and flat-faced flush-mullions. The windows to the left are of three lights, and those to the right are of two lights, all fitted with four-pane sashes. Gable chimneys are present. The property is listed as a good example of a simple farmhouse design typical of the period.
