Description
Windsor House is a house and shop, now functioning solely as a house, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a Welsh blue-slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a three-bay symmetrical facade that faces gable-on to the street. The outer bays contain tall doorways with architraves and margin-glazed overlights. The central bay features a large segmental bow window set within a stone architrave. On the first floor, there are 12-pane sash windows with lintels and projecting sills. A small 9-pane attic window is positioned in the apex of the coped gable, which includes kneelers. There are two lateral stacks on the left-hand return wall.
