Description

The garden wall located in front of Number 66 on Thorner Main Street dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features ashlar coping along the top. The low front wall has curved coping and ends with square rusticated piers that have arched caps. The taller side walls, which are attached to the house, have coping that ramps up towards the front piers. To the right, there is a short section of wall that includes two entrances, also marked by rusticated piers. This wall is included in the listing for its group value.
