GV II

House. Early C19. Hammer-dressed stone, Welsh blue-slate roof. 2-cell central-entry-against-stairs plan. 2 storeys, two 1st-floor windows. Deep ashlar plinth. Symmetrical facade. Doorway approached up short flight of 3 stone steps has tie-stone jambs, 6-panel door and overlight. Flanking bays have windows with wedge-shaped lintels cut with false voussoirs retaining 4-pane sashes. Gutter brackets. Ashlar gable stacks. Mid-C20 extension to rear not of special interest. Included for group value.
