Description

Number 32 is a house that has been converted into offices, located in Park Square. It was originally built around 1806-1815 and underwent late 19th-century remodelling. The building is constructed of red brick with a diaper pattern on the top storey, and it features stone and stucco window frames and surrounds, along with a slate roof and wrought-iron railings. The structure has four storeys and a basement, with two bays. The entrance is on the right and includes a porch supported by Tuscan columns, which features a triglyph frieze and a modillion cornice, with a balustrade above. To the left, there is a large canted bay window that shares similar decorative motifs. The upper-floor windows have pilasters and pediments, with those on the third floor rising above the eaves. There are end stacks on the roof. Inside, the building is said to retain original features, including an archway in the hall and rooms with panelled walls and cornices. The railings are topped with fleur-de-lis finials.
