Description
Numbers 24, 25, and 25A are three houses that have been converted into offices, located in Park Square, Leeds. They were built between 1806 and 1815, likely by carpenter John Cordingley. The buildings are constructed of red brick with stone details and feature a slate roof and wrought-iron railings. They stand three storeys tall, with an attic and basement, and have eight first-floor windows.
There are steps leading up to paired pilastered doorways for Nos. 25 and 25A, which are positioned to the right of the centre. These doorways have panelled doors and overlights. No. 24, located at the far left, features a rectangular fanlight and cornice. The windows throughout are plate-glass sashes, and there is a restored bay window with glazing bars on the ground floor to the right. The buildings have a band at the first-floor level, a moulded stone cornice, gable copings, and end stacks. The railings have vase finials on the standards and bars. The interior has not been inspected.
