Description
The garden terrace, walls, and gateway to number 2 Hilton Court are located in Leeds and date from around 1840. They are constructed of coursed squared stone and ashlar. The terraces are situated on the south side of the house, with the wall extending approximately 125 meters along North Hill Road and Headingley Lane. The terrace wall is about 0.5 meters high and features rounded coping and piers with pedimented caps. The boundary wall stands approximately 2 meters high, also with rounded coping, and includes a gateway on Headingley Lane. This structure is linked to the walling that fronts Ashwood, number 48 Headingley Lane, and is included for its group value.
