Description

No 36 on Market Place is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys high and is constructed of painted stone with a Welsh slate roof. The façade features two windows on the upper two storeys, which are hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front. This building shares occupancy with No 38 and is part of a group that includes Nos 30 to 40 (even), Nos 22 and 24, as well as Leeds House Cafe, Butter Cross, and Jubilee Clock.
