Description
Jessamine is an 18th-century house that has been altered. It features white painted render on magnesian limestone and a 20th-century pantile roof. The building is three storeys high and has two symmetrical bays. The central doorway is framed by a rusticated surround made of long-and-short vermiculated and moulded masonry, topped with a triple keystone. There are two windows on each floor; the ground and first-floor windows are tall, vertical rectangles with keystones, containing casements with 16 panes on the ground floor and 12 panes above, both having fixed 4-pane heads. The second-floor windows are square, two-light casements with glazing bars. There are brick chimneys located at the left gable and on the ridge to the right of the door.
