Description
This lamp-post, located approximately 7 metres south-west of the Church of St. Oswald, is possibly from the 18th century. It is made of sandstone and cast iron and features a classical style with a trefoil section formed by three clustered Tuscan columns, each about 3 metres high. The lamp-post stands on a low square base and has a polygonal cap topped with a cast-iron standard, which is supported by scrolled brackets that hold a glazed lamp-holder.
