Description
Daisy Green and Barn is a cottage and barn dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century, forming part of a farm terrace. The building is constructed from hammer-dressed stone, with quoins at the west end and a pitched stone slate roof. The west end features projecting footstones and stone brackets supporting the gutter.
The cottage has a two-storey south elevation. On the ground floor, there is an entrance with stone surrounds and a large modern garage doorway. The first floor includes a five-light stone mullioned window. The north elevation has a modern extension on the ground floor and a three-light stone mullioned window on the first floor.
The barn's south elevation features a large central doorway with a segmental arched head, stone surround, and tie-stones. Above the barn door is a single light window, and there is also a single doorway with a stone surround.
