Description
Hollin Greave Farmhouse and the adjoining barn form a single range built in the early to mid 19th century. The structure is made of hammer dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. It stands two storeys tall, with a near central door flanked by a 2-light window on the left and a 3-light window on the right. The first floor originally had a continuous 10-light stone mullioned window, which has been altered to include three 2-light windows and four blocked lights. The barn to the left has a small central door, while the rear elevation features a large central door with a lintel supported by rounded corbels. At the back of the house, there is a slightly later two-storey extension that is of no special interest.
