Description
Hollingreave is a row of dwellings built in the early to mid 19th century. The buildings are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof that is covered in bitumen, complete with gable copings. The row is primarily two storeys high, with a three-storey dwelling on the right.
The dwelling on the left has a nearly central door, flanked by one two-light window on the left and one three-light window on the right. The first floor of this dwelling has three two-light windows with a continuous sill. The other dwellings in the row typically have an entrance and a three-light window on the ground floor, along with one two-light window and one three-light window on the first floor.
To the right, there are two dwellings that each feature a former five-light window, although the end lights of these windows have been blocked. There is also a further three-storey bay to the right that includes two-light windows. The rear elevation of the row breaks forward to the left, and the window openings throughout the row consist of both two-light and three-light configurations.
