Description
This building, known as the works belonging to Messrs Fred W Davies, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched slate roof with coped gables and a moulded eaves cornice. The structure has two storeys and includes ten ranges of windows, all with glazing bars. The central window is particularly notable, as it has a pediment-shaped gable and an oculus set within a moulded surround. There are also two carriage entrances with depressed arched heads, although the northern entrance has been blocked.
