Description

No 3 Manor House Farm is a late 18th-century cottage that is part of a group of buildings. It features coursed rubble, which is rendered, and has quoins. The pitched stone slate roof covers two storeys. On the east elevation, the ground floor includes a doorway with a timber surround and one 2-light stone mullioned window. There is a small lean-to extension made of rubble, with quoins and an asbestos roof. The first floor has one 3-light stone mullioned window and one 2-light stone mullioned window. The west elevation has one 3-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor, while the north gable has a large lean-to stone extension.
