Description

No. 28 New Street is an 18th-century building constructed of stucco and featuring three storeys. It has a modillion eaves cornice and a blocking course, with rusticated quoins at the corners. The building displays three ranges of 19th-century windows, which have plain raised surrounds, except for the south range, originally the centre range, that features moulded surrounds and an entablature above the first-floor windows. The ground floor has a modern shopfront.
