Description

The former weaving shop, located approximately 10 yards to the south-west of Gilthwaites Farmhouse, is a small weaving establishment dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from hammer dressed stone and features a stone slate roof with gable copings and cut kneelers. The building stands three storeys high and has two entrances on the ground floor, along with a loading door that is partially blocked on the first floor. There is one seven-light window on both the first and second floors, although some of the lights are blocked.
