Description

Weavers Cottage is a weavers house that was formerly two separate dwellings, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features quoins. The stone slate roof has chamfered gable copings supported by carved kneelers, and there is a central ashlar stack. The building has three storeys. The ground floor has been altered, with a doorway that has a deep lintel and chamfered reveals. On the first and second floors, there are two 6-light stone mullioned windows, although the centre two lights of the windows on the second floor are blocked.
