The Butcher’s Arms is an early 19th-century public house. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with quoins to the left side and has a stone slate roof. There are two ashlar stacks and carved kneelers to the left gable. The left side of the building is symmetrical. The ground floor features two 4-light stone mullioned windows, with two mullions removed from each. Above are two 3-light and two 2-light stone mullioned windows, with one 4-light window to the right. One 3-light window is present in each gable. A recent porch has been added to the left and right sides of the building.
