Description
No 2 and the adjoining building to the south is a dwelling and weaving building, now disused, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of hammer dressed stone and features a stone slate roof with gable copings. The building has stone brackets on a string course that support the gutter. It stands three storeys tall.
On the west elevation, there are three doorways at ground level, which are blocked. The first and second floors each have one 12-light stone mullioned window, which is mainly blocked, along with a further 2-light window to the left on the second floor. The east elevation has an entrance with a tiny circular light above it. The south gable features a loading door on the second floor, while the north gable has an entrance and a 2-light window at ground level, along with a five-light stone mullioned window on both the first and second floors.
