Description
This is the central part of a farm terrace located on Lip Hill Lane, dating from the mid-18th century. The building is constructed of thinly coursed rubble and features a stone slate roof. It has a central ashlar stack with two string courses. The structure is two storeys high and consists of two bays. On the left, there is a 5-light stone mullioned window, while the right side has a three-light window. The ground floor windows are double chamfered, and the first floor windows are single chamfered. At the rear, there is a lean-to extension with a catslide roof.
