Cottage adjoining large detached house. Early-mid C18. Hammer dressed stone (part rendered). Quoins. Stone slate roof. Coped gable. Simple kneelers. Three storeys. South-east elevation: Ground floor: entrance with deep lintel. One 3-light double chamfered stone mullioned window. First and second floors each have one 4-light double chamfered stone mullioned window. North-west elevation: all floors have one 3-light stone mullioned window. Mullions are slightly recessed. Ground floor entrance.
