Description

Ivy Cottage is an early to mid 19th-century house constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof. It features moulded footstones on the northeast gable, which is also coped. The building stands two storeys tall. On the southeast elevation, the ground floor includes one doorway with a stone surround and a six-light stone mullioned window. The first floor has two three-light stone mullioned windows. The northeast elevation has a single-storey brick extension that is rendered on the ground floor, and one three-light stone mullioned window on the first floor. Ivy Cottage is part of a group of buildings.
