Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of two houses on Gynn Lane, located in Honley. The houses are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and have stone slate roofs. They are three storeys high. The south-west elevation features continuous sill bands on the first and second floors. The doorways are located to the left and right, and the ground floor has two four-light stone mullioned windows, each with two mullions removed. The first and second floors each have one six-light stone mullioned window; the centre light of the first-floor window in number 30 is blocked. The north-east elevation has modern ground-floor extensions. One two-light stone mullioned window is present on the first and second floors of both properties. Single-storey gables extensions on each house are of no particular interest.
