Description
33 Gate Head is a late 18th century to early 19th century building that is part of a terrace. It is constructed from hammer dressed stone with quoins on the north side and features a pitched stone slate roof. The gable has copings on moulded footstones and stone brackets. The building has three storeys.
On the south east elevation, the ground floor includes a later door opening and a sash window, along with a large arched through passage. The first floor has one 8-light stone mullioned window, although one light is blocked. The second floor also features one 8-light stone mullioned window.
On the north west elevation, the ground floor has a through passage and a stone lean-to extension. The first floor contains one 8-light stone mullioned window, with two outer lights blocked, while the second floor has one 8-light stone mullioned window.
